Symbolism
A full moon hangs between two towers, casting dim light over a winding path that leads toward distant mountains and higher consciousness. A crayfish crawls out of a pool (the subconscious mind surfacing), while a dog and a wolf howl at the moon, representing the tamed and the wild aspects of the psyche. The doubled, mirrored imagery and the dripping moonlight evoke the thin line between conscious and unconscious, illusion and reality.
